1. Update on Medtronic CRDM Corporate Campus
• Topping out ceremony for South Building occurred Sept. 25, 2006.
• To date, approximately $1.62 million in permit fees have been paid to
the City for the Medtronic project. Of that amount, about $760,000
was paid to the Met Council for the SAC Fee.
• The valuation of building permits issued or applied for to date for the
Medtronic campus total $163.7 million.
