CALL MEETING TO ORDER
ROLL CALL: Coughlin, Quick, Stigney, and Thomason.
NOT PRESENT: Marty
1. AGENDA ADDITIONS/DELETIONS
Item No. 2: Consideration of communications from the Mounds View New Brighton Chamber of
Commerce concerning the membership on the Mounds View Economic Development
Commission was deleted from the agenda based on the waiver of public hearing by Julie Olsen.

5. EDA BUSINESS
A. Consideration of Resolution No. 00-EDA-125, Setting 2000 Meeting Dates for
EDA Meetings and Work Sessions
Community Development Director Jopke stated that the City Attorney has advised staff that the
EDA should annually set its meeting dates to eliminate the necessity for posting meeting dates.
Staff has drafted Resolution No. 00-EDA-125 setting the meeting dates for the remainder of
2000. The proposed regular and work session dates correspond to the dates of City Council

meetings previously set by the City Council.
MOTION/SECOND: Thomason/Quick. To Approve Resolution No. 00-EDA-125, a Resolution
Setting 2000 Meeting Dates for EDA Meetings and Work Sessions.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.

President Coughlin adjourned the meeting at 8:45 p.m.
