CALL MEETING TO ORDER
ROLL CALL: Sonterre, Stigney, Marty, Quick, and Thomas.
NOT PRESENT: None.
1. AGENDA ADDITIONS
There were no additions or corrections to the agenda.
The Agenda was approved by Consent of Council.
2. APPROVAL OF EDA MINUTES
A. Approve Minutes of December 11, 2000.
Commissioner Thomas requested the spelling of President Sonterre’s name be corrected.
MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Thomas. To Approve the Minutes of the EDA for December 11,
with the requested change.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
President Sonterre abstained as he was not present at the December 11, 2000 meeting.
3. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
None.
4. CONSENT AGENDA
None.

5. EDA BUSINESS
A. Approve EDA Resolution 00-EDA-140 Establishing Regular EDA Meetings
for 2001.
Assistant to the Administrator Reed explained this Resolution would establish regular EDA
meetings for 2001.
MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To approve Resolution 00-EDA-140, a Resolution
Establishing Regular EDA Meetings for 2001.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
B. Approve EDA Resolution 00-EDA-141 Appointing EDA Vice President and
EDC Members.
Assistant to the Administrator Reed indicated Resolution 00-EDA-141 is a Resolution
appointing EDA Vice President and EDC members.
MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Quick. To Appoint Commissioner Stigney to the Position of Vice
President.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
MOTION/SECOND. Marty/Thomas. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 00-EDA-
141 Appointing EDA Vice President and EDC Members.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
6. REPORTS
None.
7. ADJOURNMENT
President Sonterre adjourned the meeting at 8:43 p.m.
