presented.

A. Approve Minutes of July 23, 2001.
MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the Minutes of the EDA for July 23, 2001 as
presented.

7. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Set a Public Hearing for Monday, September 24, 2001, at 7:05 p.m. to
Consider the Sale of 2625 County Highway 10 to the Mounds View Animal
Hospital.
City Attorney Riggs indicated that Minnesota Statutes Section 469.105 requires that the EDA
hold a public hearing before selling the property.
MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the Consent Agenda as Presented.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.

9. ADJOURNMENT
President Sonterre adjourned the meeting at 9:50 p.m.
