NOT PRESENT: Sonterre.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Quick. To Approve the Agenda for December 10, 2001 as
presented.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. APPROVAL OF EDA MINUTES
A. Approve Minutes of October 8, 2001.
MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Quick. To Approve the Minutes of the EDA for October 8, 2001 as
presented.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.

7. CONSENT AGENDA
None.
8. EDA BUSINESS
A. Consider Acceptance of a Proposal to Purchase and Renovate the EDA-
owned Property Located at 2091 Hillview Road.
Community Development Director Ericson indicated that a Request for Proposals has been sent
out and Staff is recommending that the proposal from GR Danielson and Sons be approved. He
then indicated that if the contract is not approved Staff is seeking authorization to go with the
next highest offer.
MOTION/SECOND: Thomas/Marty. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 01-EDA-
154, a Resolution Authorizing Acceptance of a Proposal to Purchase and Renovate the EDA-
owned Property Located at 2091 Hillview Road.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
9. ADJOURNMENT
Vice President Stigney adjourned the meeting at 11:17 p.m.
