1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
2. ROLL CALL: Sonterre, Stigney, Quick, Thomas and Marty (6:37 p.m.).
NOT PRESENT: None.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Thomas/Stigney. To Approve the Agenda for July 8, 2002 as presented.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. APPROVAL OF EDA MINUTES
A. May 28, 2002 Minutes.
B. May 13, 2002 Minutes will be approved on July 22, 2002.
Commissioner Thomas requested permission to abstain from voting as she was not present at the
meeting.
Commissioner Marty arrived at 6:37 p.m.
MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Quick. To Approve the Minutes of May 28, 2002 as Presented.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Abstain – 1 (Thomas) Motion carried.
5. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
None.

7. CONSENT AGENDA

8. EDA BUSINESS
A. Resolution 02-EDA-165, Approving Developer Payment for Building N
Project.
Economic Development Coordinator Backman explained that in February there was an approval
for a developer payment in the amount of $24,311.35 to Everest Group for Building N. He then
indicated there had been recalculation discussions and it has been determined that an additional
$1,239.96 is due to complete the February payment.
MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Thomas. To Approve Resolution 02-EDA-165, Approving
Developer Payment for Building N Project.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
Economic Development Coordinator Backman noted he had sent a memo to Everest conveying
the City’s wishes with regard to the CG Hill request and said he was available to answer any
questions the Authority may have.

President Sonterre adjourned the meeting at 6:40 p.m.
