3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the August 9, 2004 Agenda as amended.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. APPROVAL OF EDA MINUTES
A. July 26, 2004 Minutes
MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn. To Approve the Minutes of July 26, 2004 as Presented.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
5. CONSENT AGENDA
None.
6. EDA BUSINESS
A. Resolution 04-EDA-192 Authorizing Payment of Pay-As-You-Go Developer
Payments to Red Cent Management, L.L.C.; Heartland-Mounds View
Common Bond; Bridges Leasing Company; and Kenmark Partnership,
L.L.P.
Economic Development Coordinator Backman stated these are the payments that are made twice
a year, in February and August, so this would be for the first half of 2004.

MOTION/SECOND. Marty/Stigney. To waive the reading and approve Resolution
04-EDA-192, Authorizing Payment of Pay-As-You-Go Developer Payments to Red Cent
Management, L.L.C.; Heartland-Mounds View Common Bond; Bridges Leasing
Company; and Kenmark Partnership, L.L.P.
Ayes -5 Nays -0 Motion carried.
