CALL MEETING TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL: Stigney, Gunn, Quick, Marty and Linke NOT PRESENT: None. 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the August 23, 2004 Agenda as Presented. Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 4. APPROVAL OF EDA MINUTES A. August 9, 2004 Minutes MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the Minutes of August 9, 2004 as Presented. Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 5. CONSENT AGENDA None. 6. EDA BUSINESS A. Resolution 04-EDA-193 Approving a Contract Award for Undertaking a Wetlands Delineation of The Bridges of Mounds View Golf Course. Economic Development Coordinator Backman stated that prior to construction of the golf course in 1993 the City had had a wetlands analysis done. He stated that the real estate advisor they have been working with had indicated that an updated wetlands delineation would be helpful in the site selection process. He stated that five proposals had been received to conduct the wetlands delineation. He stated that the low bid was received by SEH in the amount of $1,880, Mounds View EDA August 23, 2004 Regular Meeting Page 2 and Staff was recommending the project be awarded to them. Council Member Marty asked if the wetland delineation study that had been done in 2000 included the golf course, and Economic Development Coordinator Backman stated that it did not. Council Member Quick asked if the hydrology study had included a wetlands delineation, and Director Ericson stated that it had not. MOTION/SECOND. Marty/Stigney. To adopt Resolution 04-EDA-193, Approving a Contract Award for Undertaking a Wetlands Delineation of The Bridges of Mounds View Golf Course, not to exceed $2,000. Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried. 7. REPORTS None. 8. NEXT EDA MEETING: Monday, September 13, 2004. 9.
