1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
2. ROLL CALL: Stigney, Flaherty, Thomas, Gunn, and Marty
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Flaherty. To Approve the February 14, 2005 Agenda as Presented.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. APPROVAL OF EDA MINUTES
A. September 27, 2004 Regular EDA Meeting Minutes
MOTION/SECOND. Marty/Stigney. To approve the September 27, 2004 Regular EDA
Meeting Minutes.
Ayes-3 Nays-0 Motion carried.
(Commissioners Flaherty and Thomas abstained.)
B. January 24, 2005, EDA Meeting Minutes.
Commissioner Gunn made a correction to page 11, line 118. SEP should be ZEP.
Commissioner Gunn made a correction to page 12, line 147. Pack should be Pak.
Commissioner Gunn made a correction to page 13, line 211. Pastor should be Paster.
Commissioner Gunn made a correction to page 14, line 238. Procraft should be Pro Craft.
MOTION/SECOND. Stigney/Flaherty. To approve the January 24, 2005 EDA Meeting Minutes
as amended.

(Commissioner Thomas abstained.)
5. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Schedule an Executive Session immediately after this Consent Agenda to
discuss and update the EDA on the Golf Course Redevelopment process.
(Verbal Report).
B. Schedule an Executive Session immediately after this Consent Agenda to
discuss, develop, and consider an offer for the sale of real property
commonly known as the Donut Connection. (Verbal Report).
MOTION/SECOND. Gunn/Flaherty. To approve the Consent Agenda as presented.
Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried.
The EDA recessed to Executive Session.
President Marty stated that a discussion was held during Executive Session regarding Item A,
and that further information is forthcoming, so this discussion will be continued at the next EDA
meeting.
President Marty stated that the EDA Executive Session would continue following the City
Council meeting to further discuss Item B.

None.
7. REPORTS
None.
8. NEXT EDA MEETING: Monday, February 28, 2005.
9. ADJOURNMENT.
President Marty adjourned the meeting at 7:10 p.m.
