President Marty, Vice President Stigney, Commissioner Hull, Commissioner
Flaherty, and Commissioner Mueller, City Administrator Kurt Ulrich,
Community Development Director Jim Ericson, and City Attorney Scott Riggs.
3. DEVELOP AND CONSIDER OFFERS AND COUNTER OFFERS FOR
THE PURCHASE, SALE, AND LEASE OF BILLBOARDS
(PERSONAL PROPERTY).
City staff and City Attorney Riggs reviewed and discussed the status of current
negotiations with the Council.
