Item Title/Subject: Festival in the Park Discussion
Discussion:
Attached is a copy of the Festival Agreement (with insurance) for Council consideration.
This will be presented before the August 9, 2004 City Council Meeting for approval. In
addition, attached is a copy of the Application to conduct Bingo at the Festival in the
Park, which will also be up for City Council approval on August 9, 2004.
Recommendation:
Discuss the Festival and Agreement and provide direction to staff, if any direction is
needed.
