The Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor Linke at 5:32 p.m.

Also Present: Samantha Orduno, Clerk-Administrator
Discussion Item: Resolution No. 4656, Resolution Canvassing Election Results of the
November 8, 1994 General Election was presented.
