Further, pursuant to a motion passed at the commission's regular meeting on November 28, 1979, I have been requested to forward to you the name of Ms. Jean E. Miller (schoolteacher), 2291 Hillview Road N.E., Mounds View, Mn. 55112, for your consideration for appoint- ment to the Mounds View Charter Commission as a replacement for Mr. Schmidt. Ms. Miller was an original applicant to the Mounds View Charter Commission, and her name was also submitted on November 23, 1978, to Judge Hachey as a replacement when two appointed members declined membership on the Commission. She has been in attendance frequently at commission meetings throughout the year, has acted as temporary secretary on occasion, and has rendered considerable clerical assistance in other areas when requested. Your consideration of her appointment to the Mounds View Charter Commission would be greatly appreciated.
