As you have impressed me with being a citizen interested in the workings of your City government and wanting to undestand more about the way we function and services that are provided , I wanted to make sure that you were sent a copy of the Charter. Enclosed is a copy of the Charter as published prior to the Special Election at which time the voters of the City of Mounds View approved the Charter. This Charter has not been amended since that adoption and , therefore, the copy that I am sending you is accurate as to the current provisions of the City Charter . Should you have any questions regarding any of these Charter provisions or ever require any information with respect to the City of Mounds View, I would encourage you to continue to feel free to contact me or any member of the City Staff or City Council.
