Ths meeting was called to ordor by Chairman Stole at f3:05 P.M.,
Mumk;ara present: Stole, LaVaque, Goff, Sullivan, Larson, Gustafson,
and Blanchard. Mayor Hodges was also present.
PAr. P.rnoL9 P, Petersen, of the Nordstrom-Odell Company appeared
to reouest'rezoning of his property at 5095 and 5055 Sunnys~de Road
(Babi.nski property l) from duplex to four family residences.
It was sugyested that he consult ~.hn engineering firrn regarding
elevation and drainage of that ar?e ar~d then to consult the residents
Sri that area.. considering their feelings since a hearing must bs
held befor rezoning could be, accomplished.
Mayer H9dgrds went over the membership list with us to sae if
any vacancies had occurred c? new membmrs needed to tie appointed;
Mr. Sullivan suggested that since the Council member on the
Planning Commission acted as a liason between the:Commission and -
the; Council, that perhaps the Sob should be rntat~ed betweon Council '
memberg so,sach one could becorne acquainted with. the work of the
