Mounds View Planning Ccmmission
January 21. 1964
The regular meeting of the ,Mounds View Plahning Commission was
Callad to order Uy Chairman Stolo at d:10 P.M. Nembers present: Stole,
Gustafson, LaVaque, L2ng, Larson, Forslund, and Nlanchard. C. Piehowski
was also present.
PAr. Joe Siwek appeared to request rezoning of his property on County
Road °I° and Jackson from R-2 to R-3. j
MCTIrN by LaVaque to request that the CoQncil grant the petition of
Mr. Siwek to rezone the idoxth 390 feet of the ..East i/4 of the Northaast i/4 ~
of the Norhtwast 1/4 of Sertion B,,Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey Couhty, ';~
from R-2 to R-3. Seconded by Larson. Carried. - 'x
Mr. Osier appeared before the Commission representing Arvid Carlson
(~id Son to request. rezoning of their, property in ClintigsAddition from
~ lA"to ~-3 in order,to construct fifteen (15 . douvle bunyalows-.
