Mounda View Planning Commission
March 17, 1964
The regular meeting of the Mounda View Planning Commissien was
called to order by ChalYmlan Stole at 830 P,M. Membare preaentr Stole,
LaVaque, Gustafson, Lang, Foreland, and Blanchard. C. Piehowski was
oleo present.

The minutos of the last meeting were read and ap~+roved,
Mr. Flowers, representing Gulf 011, presented a preliminary p7.ot
of 11.6 acres iodated at the intersection of Highway #8'and 10„ They
would like to erect a service station.
MOTION by Gustafson to recommend approval of the preliminary plat
oy Gulf 011 Company for eoswhr.>lotion of a aerviae station in the I
youth corner of 11.6 acres ( a portion of the S E 'y of the 3 E ~ of,
Section 8 - Township 30, Range 23) Rn which they have an option
sub,7eot to Further evaluation of assess onto Highway Avenue and sub-
~eot to giving the village a minirnvm 60 foot easament of the east-
erly and south-eatiterly line of their property for construction of a
service drive. Seconded by Foreland. Carried. "
