Minutes of'the. previous meeting and special meeting were approved
as. read,
Mrs. Lionel Bacon of 2265 Highway 10 requested proposed
rezoning of -Lots 78,79 and 80 of SEki, Section 6, Twp. 30,.R 23W,
Hillview Ramsay County from, Multiple, Family Dwelling (R -3) to
GeneraLBusinesa (8-3). Consensus revealed a "multiple of uses,
but :lc special use. Matter not passed upon because of lack of
specifkC use.
Mr. Samuel Fried of 2069 Sherwood Road (Phone No. 784 -5549)
appeared before the Commission to request proposed subdivision
or Lot.65, Except West 175 and South 95' of Lot 66, Except'West`
175' of Auditors Subdivision No. 89. Motion by Larson,'Seconde0
by and approved, subject to investigation by Engineering
Department regarding proposed etctension of Fairchild Avenue.
