The regal or meeting of the Mounds View Planning Commission was called
to order by acting chairman Lang at 8s10 P. M. Members present: Lang, Larson,
Burggraff, Blanchard, Gustafson and Stole (at 9 P. M.) C. Piehoweki was eleo
present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Fred O~Neil, 2325 N. Dale Street, requested rezoning of property
bounded by County Ruad H-2, Long Loke Road, and Highway #10 (that part of the
SW Yq of the NW Yq of Sec. 8. Twn. 30, Range 23, lying s:,uth of Trunk Highway
#10, sub3ect to roads) to build a house and a warehouse to store amusement
park equipment. ,
~jQ~j by Gustafscn to recommend to the Council that present zoning be
.,maintained and a Special Usa Permit be issued far one year fox construction

'~-af a warehouse and a temporary Amusement Park. Said warehouse to be built
in the area now. zoned B-1.
