A special meeting of the Mounds View Planning Commission was
called to order by Chairman Stole at 8:.1.0 P.M. Members prosent e
Stole, F.ri.ckson, Blanchard, Larson, Burg~raff, and Hillsdaia.
Mr. Garfield Anderson presented a patltion to rezone the Pederson
property at Silver Lake Road and Highway # LO from B-3 to Light„
Industrial for the purpose of moving a Plastics Muiding Plant into
the existing building.
MOTION by Larson to recommend to the Council that the property
ba'$ezoned from B-3 to Light Industrial with the etipulatian that,. if
this business ceases to exist thisfland revert to the present zoning
of B-3 again. Seconded by 9lanchard. Carried.
