The minutes of the previous me'3ting wore rand and approved.
Shelly Boehm, Village I;nginaer roqueete,d a letter from the Planning
Commission to the Department of IIousing and Urban Development stating

^ ans. This letter is neoessary in applying for federal Grants.

Department of Housing and Urban Development oonfirming adheranoe to the
