The regular niaetin~ of the idoundij View Planning Oommission was called
to order by Uhairman Stole at 9:20 Y.ti. I4onioera present : Stole, R. Larson,
Dlanohard, Burggraff and tiilledals. tl. Pmehowski was also p~=sent.
Ed Dropps and Keith Iiarstad presented their third proposal for apart-
