The ro ular meeting of tho ;rounds View Planning Commission was called to
order by Chairman Stole at 8:10 7.7 Members present Stolle, Gustafson,
Bur, traff, Feick, Hillsdale, Larso.!, Johnson, and blanehard. 'jolly Skiba was
also present.
Liinutes of the p•evious meeting were read and approved.
Donald +bite, 1645 Millwood Avenue, Roseville, requested permission to create

MOTION by Hillsdale to DENY the request to remodel the apartments because the
place would be sub standard. Seconded by Johnson. Carried.
Stafford, 8450 Eastwood Road, requested permission to purchase a 12 foot
p of the property to the north of his land. 4
MOTION by Burggraff to recommend approval for the lot split. Seconded by
Thnson. Larried,
Victor Loeffler, 5135 Greenwood Drive, widhas to subdivide Lot 1, Block 1,
Greenfield Addition and Lot 10, Woodlawn.Terrace Addition.
MOTION by Blanchard to request approval of the subdivision. request., Seconded.
by STUTEtafson. Carried.
Clarence Peterson 870 Oakwood Drive, New wishes to'construot a
building to house a bottle shop and two professional offices at 7811 Silver
Lake Road. There appears to,be a desorepanoy in the lot .plat. 'Phis should
be checked with the Village Engineer.
Leo b'ringewatt, 7981 Red Oak,Drive, wishes to subdivide Lot 114, Spring Lake
Park Hillview Addition into two lots.
