The regular meeting of the Mounds View Planning Commission was called to
order b77 Chairman Stole at 8:05 P.M. Members present Stole Larson,
Feick, Burggraff, Baumgardner, Gustafson and llanohard. W. Skiba was also
present. C. Forslund arrived at 8:35 P.
Minutes of the previous mooting were road. It was noted that certain

Thomas rn. Eallson, 7060 Knollwood Drive, wishes to purchese 15' of his
neighbors property in order to build a garage
c,i0TI0N by Feick to approve the application for relocation of the lot line.
Seconded by Gustafson. Carried.
Wi.s L. Anderson, Attorney for T. M. 'Willmus Construction, 2025 Co. Rd.
resented a plat for apartments on the SE corner of the Johnson Farm.
(E 1495' of S 633' of NE a of Seo.7, Tun 30, R 23, subject to rights of the
public in Co. Rd. H -2 and Long Lake Road.)
:LOTION by Gustafson to request approval of the plat as presented by Willmus
oonstruotion. Seoonded by Burggraff. Carried.
Ben Goldberg, owner of the Mermaid Supper Club, requested parmissin to
move abuil.ding into the Village front Robbinsdale. 'He wishes to looate it,
on County Road Rei adjacent to the supper club to house his o.ffsale liquor

riOTION by Gustafson to recommend that the Council approve moving the
building Conte the Mermaid property if the building meets the Building
Inspectors specifications. Seconded by Falok. Carried.
Robert DoGerdner not present. No action takent
(-tr. Stole introduced Isobel Sohumaker from the League of Women, Voters.
Mr. Stole asked the Commission about the possibility of the Spring Lake
Park Lutheran Church building on Red Oak Drive being turned into a boarding
school for crippled children.

The Secretary read a latter from Clerk- Administrator Zylla concerning his
decision to nend copies of the Planning minutes to each member of the
Commission eaoh month. (Copy attaohed) It is the feeling of the members
of the Commission that this is not necessary since the minutes are avail
able to the public and oan be seen upon voquost at the Village office.
Chairman Stole wishes to inform the Council and all Village officials that
the minutes of the Planning Commission, pre not to be altered in -any way
y anyone except the secretary of the Commission upoh the direction of its
,`ambers.
