The regular meeting of the Mounds Viaw Planning Commission was nulled to
order by Chairman Stole at 8:20 P.M. Members present Stole, Larson,
Hillsdale, Baumgartner, 1'alok, and.hlanohord. W. Skibe was also present.
The sooretary reported that no bu9inc,ss was conducted at lest months
meeting.
Walfried Johnson, 2287 County Road H -2, wishes a variance of two feet for
a garage_.
Under the now oodo, !dr. J'ohnsoa'o application is not necessary. The
Planning Commission suggests that the vatianoe fee be returned to him.
r'yudriok Testow, 7962 rairohild Avenue, wishes to rezone his property to
uild e double bunga3.ow,'because of a drainage problem on his pC)perty.
