The regular meeting of the ?founds View Planning Commission was called to
order Char Stole at 8:15 P
Members present: Stole, Baumgartner,
Forslund nd, Larson, son, .BurF.Braf f, Feick, and Blanchard. W. Skiba was also there.
John Saga 5013 tghway Y8, requested a special ise permit to have a mobile
home on his property.

subject to payment of fees.
Seconded by Larson. Carried.
Edwin Dropps /Vhite Oak Builders, 5126 Long Lake Road wishes to subdivide
Lot 96, Knollwood Park Addition into three lots.
'Petition DENIED. Lot enough area for three lots.
James Piotrowski, 2230 County Road J, wishes to subdivide the northwest
corner of his property where his house is located as per divorce agreement.
MOTION by Larson to request approval of a 90'x180' lot as per telephone
agreement between Mr.. Pie`rowski'and Mr. Stole, to make the lot meet, the
Village node, Seoonded by Feick. Carried.' town houseA.
Faith Harstad persented n preliminary plat for ].74 units of
Bryant Franklin Corp. /Don ilabinski

Linutes of the previous meeting were read and appro7red.
The Planning Commission would like to have someone present at our next
meeting to explain the proposed HUD grant for a storm sewor project.
