The regular meeting of the :'oundo View Planning Colraniscion was called to
order Gustafson,hFelok, Burggraff, Foreland Members W. SkibaGWasealsoaeke,
present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and corrected to reed January
18 instead of January 17. :inutes approved as oorreE,ted.
Robert DeGardner, 7950 E. River Road, presented his final plat for DeGardner
2nd Addition (Groveland Road at Arden).
LIOTION by For.slund to recommend approval of the final plat'with the under-
standing that no construction can be done until a road is constructed.
Seconded by Gustafson.
'7M Planning Commission would like to request Comstock and Davis to check
legal status of 434 feet of proposed ,.rden Avonuc from proposed
Fairchild Avenue to'proposed,Kncllwood.
Mr. Lyle Tolson, 2745 Sherwood Road, granted to find out if his wife oould
conduct ceramic classes in their basement. IIe was told that it was in
violation of the code and not allowed.
