98 upon formal application by Llr. Dropps. Seconded by Blanohord. Carried.
Ron Hedin, 7946 Drive, requested a Spooial Use Permit to con-
struct an eversisod detatohed garage on his property. (28'x 32

Herman Weis, 0405 Grovoland Road; wants to build another house on the back
of his property.

Louis Gydesen, represeuting :Lnoher Inn wishes to build a Supper Club on
Highway 1110 at Red Oak Drive and IIillview.
Motion by Glaser to approve preliminary sketch with special attention
to adequate buffering. Seconded by Haake. Carried.
Chairman Stole appointed Bob Glaser to chair a committee to gather data
to assist in formulation cf an updated zoning map.and land use plan.
The Commission will hold a special meeting on May 9, 1972 to tour the
Village. Meet at the Village Hall at 7 P.M.
Councilman Baumgartner stated that from new on the Commission will not
hear from''anyone et their meetings unles they have made arformal,appli-
cation and paid the ne0Gs3ary fees.
The meeting was adjourned at j.1 P.M.
