The regular meeting of the '.sounds View Planning; Commission was celled to

Ftinutes of the June 28 mooting were corrected to read variance instead of
setback for the Larry ideinort property. Minutes approved as corrected.
Al Petron, 1885 Woodale Drive, wishes to subdivide the west part of his
property into a 85 x 100 or possibly a 90 x 100 foot lot.
Request was tabled until a definite proposal is presented.
Benedict Speldrioh, 2110 Terrace, requested a variance -to build a 24 x 32
garage.
1`^ TION by Hillsdale to approve the variance if Mr. Speldrioh modifies his
`"lan to make a 10 foot side yard setback on the garage. Seconded by Haake.
Carried.
Donald Jenkins 7057 Pleasant View Drive, requested •a variance for a 24 x 30
foot garage.
MOTION by Gustafson to approve the request for a 24 x 30 garage. Seconded
by Falok. Carried.
John Capetz, 1265 Berkeley Avenue, St Paul, wishes to subdivide Lot 11,
Block q Greenfield Addition LS 55' of Let al, 81 2-and N 55' 9 110' of
Lot 11, Block 2 ;reenfieid Addition) into two 110' x 131.62' lots&
MOTION BY Falak to reoolmnond approval of the subdivision with the stip-
Cara that the E/V1 line is vacated and a now N/S line 1asestablished
midway between the 263.24 parcel. Seconded by Haake. Carried.
David Mueller;.3ox 2726, New rflrighton, wishes to rezone his property on
Silver'^ Lake Road at County Road H -2 (ex E 20.41' of N 40E' of W 165' and
ex W 144.59' ef I1 590' of Lot 4 B1 1 Mueller Addition) from R -3 to B -3 to
build a 25,000 aq. foot shopping center.
Mr. Kishol of the Industrial Development Commission stated that their group

petition to vacate Langan Park Addition and Oakland Avenue, and presented
a new preliminary °plat.
ItOTION BY haake to recommend approval of the new preliminary plat and the
,,^�a. oatTon of Oakland Avenue subject to approval of the Village 'Engineer and
}tablishment of new street right of ways. Seconded by Iillsdale. Carried.
