Wednesday, August 23, 1972
Called to order: 7140 F.M.
PRESENT: Milton Stole, James Burgraff, Robert Glazer, Barbera Hooke end
Charlotte Forelund.
ABSENT: Bernard Falck, George Gustafson, Phyllis Blanchard end Alvin Hillsdale.
MINUTES: The minutes for the July meeting will be submitted for approval next
month.
BUSINESS: Mr. Alphonse Pstron and Mr. Jerry Blaneki appeared before the
Commission asking for a Subdivision of the property on the E k
of Lot 21,'Knollwood Park owned by Mr. Patron. The Commission was
unable to take any action at this time, se they were short one member
and could not take s vote. The decision wce tabled until the September
nesting when the full Commission would be present and the Building
Inspector was consulted.
(Mr. Stanek' want. to purchase an ern, 91' x 100' from
Mr. Patron. This would make his total front footage
344'. Mr. Patron is interested in felling this arse
because he doss not went to cars for it anymore. Ths
understanding was that he would give hi■ neighbor to the
went, Mr. Blaneki, first chance at the property. Mr.Blenaki
wants. it because 1) he doesn't went snyone that close to his
property, he wants to preserve the open land, end 2) if
there would be building on that property, he wants to do it.
We felt if Blanski just wonted to attach the area tr: his
lot and extend hie east lot line 91', we would not object.,
But, if the intention were ever to build those, we would
not, in all ltkelthood,.. a building on 91' x 100 lot.
Because u quorum wee not present during this diaouesion, no
action was taken otbsr then to advise Blsnaki and Patron to
consider ways to maim the area in questiop.buildable. Blsnski'
felt by doing so, Hr. Pettus: could gat more for his land and
he, himself, would not be left with a dead piece of property.)
A Warifnue was requested by Mr. RLehard J, Jursk.to build on oversized
garage, 2440 (720 square fest), on Lot 9 Block 1; Johnson Terrace.

OTHER Donis 'Lylle presented to us d 'copy of a proposed L 'doting of the
BUSINESS :Sub Division Peguletiona for Mounds View and explained many of the
changes and modifications. The general feeling of the Commission is
one of approval, but we will review it and will recommend any *hinges
we would want to suggest.
