A special meeting of the 'ounds View Planning Commission was called to
order by Cltairrlan ;tola at 7:30 P.M. Marlboro present: Stole, Burggraff,
Hawke, Falok, Glaser, and Blanchard. W. Skiba was also present.
Rodney Dam, 7647 Knollwood Drive, requested ap')roval of a lot split at
7670 Knollwood (lot 36, Spring Lake Park Knolls) into two 82t' iota.
MOTION by Glaser tc recommend approval of a lot split on the described
property. Seconded by Feick. Carried.
Revisions suggested by Planning; Commission for Council approva].
corporate Section 7 (Shopping Center District) with Section 6 (business
lstriats) under Sooti n o 6.4 -3, making town house development exolueivly
d: AI R -Z olassifioation instead of R -1 with a speaial use permit.
Suggest that a comma Je.°ndded after words "beauty Shop ",in'Section 5.1 -1d2
Recommend changing wording in Section 374 -4 from "except buildings less
than 100 sq. ft," (line 3) to read except buildings of 144 sq. ft. or
loss."
Also recommend that footage be changed from 650, sq. ft, to 720 sq. f't.
Suggest that Building Code Section 5 -18 be inoluded in Section 5.1 -2(dl)
