Tho regular montin^ of th' Mounds View Planning= Commission was called to
order by Chairman Stole at 7:30 P.TI. Member() present: Stole, iiurggraff,
Shetquist, Gustafson, Hooke, Glaser,Falek, Burmeister and Blanchard.
W. Skiba was also present.
Louis Gydenson presented a prrliminary plan and requested rezoning of

withdrew his application.
Harstad -Todd Construction Company requested a variance on Lot 3, Blook 1,
Red Onk Estates (2578 Sunnyside) and on Lot 63, Block 1, Red Oak Estates
(5279 Sunnyside).

Gerald Foss appearing for Robert McLain, 5468 Spring Lake Road, requested
subdivision of the t 350' Of Lot 2 Aud. Sub. 89, to make two lots.
MOTION by Repko to recommend approval of the subdivision with the
stipulation that Lot "B a future corner lot, be made 99'x274', leaving a
25 foot easement for a future road.

The Planning Commission would like to have'Zeroxed copies,ef'tho rlew
Zoning Ordinance. and also would like individual plat maps if they are
available.
It was pointed out to the Commission that Donatelle' Supper Club ,is in
violation of the Zoning Ordinance. Sec. 6.1 -4F re. off .etreot; parking,
improper set -haoks in parking lot, no buffer.
The meeting was adjourned 'at 9:05 P.I.
