BUSINE33, This special aeeting of the planning oommiasion was celled to reconsider
Pr. Louis Gydeson'a reluect to rezone the prcperty lcouted south of
County Hoed t12 bet',een Edgesiocd end Greenfield from R -1 to 13-2 for the
purpose of constructing an Anchor Inn Restaurant. He hod eppeered et
our Jonuary meeting with plena for said rosteurent that did not meet
our zoning ordinence opeoifioatione. Nr Gydeson worked with his
architect, Mr. Mormon, end resubmitted his plan. This new plan
complied with our zoning ordinance numbers 6.1 -1. (b) end (e)►
6.1 -4. .(f)1 and 6.1- 6..(d). They..will construct a 6' high, vertical
redwood fence 10 feet from the south and west lot lines thet border
on the residential areas. They will have 142 perking 'pecan in their
lot, end seating for 541 inside. The square footage of the building
is 10,500.
