The regular meatier of the 'sounds View Planning Comission was called to
order by Chairman Stole at 7:30 P.M. Members present: Stole, Gustafson,
Shelquist, Feick, Burmeister, Glazer, Iia ko, and Blanchard. W. Skiba
was also present.

Chairman Stole reported on a meeting of the Northtown Corridor Study Grojp
that he, B. Backe, and R. Glazer attended regarding a new river crossing
proposed for this area.
MOTION by Gustafson to suggest to the Council that Mounds View, Blaine,
andOoon Rapids councils oollectivly put pressure on the Highway Department
o complete thr'lin'.c between now Highwayl0 at. County Road J and new
ghway 10 in Coon Rapids to ease -traffic problems on County Road J.
eoonded by Shelquist. Carried.
NOTION by:Glazer to recommend to the Council that townhouses be. eliMiaated
from ?R -1 classification and serried only under the R -3 alassi'fioatiol.
Seconded by Gustafson.
Gazer, Ratl.o, Gustafoon,, Blanchard Stye 3holquis. No Burmeister
abstain Motion carried.
