MOTION by Glazer to ask the Council to sot up a public hearing for rezcning..

Chairman Stole read memo from Dennis 'Lytle to the Commnission regarding
bids for services of a profosstonal Planner for the Village.
•'OTION by Glazer to ask that we get compotativo bids from two more profess
oo nel planning firms, plus Midwest Planning, for services including a new
oomprehonsive plan. 'seconded by Hooke. Oarriod.
The Planning Commission requests that wo do see Louis Gydenaon re plans
for the Anchor Inn.
Robert Glazer suggests that the Council consider a water softener for the
Village as a high priority iten for Capital Improvement Funds and George
Gustafson suggested the installation of lights in the Village Hall parking
lot.
