Seconded' by Henke. Carried. Mr. R. Newman, for Pastor Enterprises,. reviewed plans for the proposed shopping. center at Lona Luke Road end County Road I. MOTION by Shelquist to accept the preliminary plans and oonsepts,for the shopping center se presented by Pester Enterprises granting an approximate *co variance in the required number of parking spaces.
