Minutes of tho nay mooting wore read and approved.
Ed Dropps, 7070 Silver Lake Road, wishes to subdivide Lot 96 into 2 lots,
one 155'x126', one 135'x126'.
MOTION by Hooke to recommend approval of the Lot split with a 25' ease-
ment on the south lot line at 7070 Silver Lake Road. Seconded by Falok.

The Planning Commission will hold a special mooting on Monday, July 2, at
8:00 P.M. to disouss this.
Mr. Zylla introduoed Donald Rya,, Dirootor of Planning, of tho armor
Midwest Planning and Resoaroh,who discussed with us, methods for updating
our Comprehensive Plan.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:36 P.M.
