MOTION by Gustafson to confirm the basic pond °pt of'the shopping center as presented to us on April 25; now designated as "Exibit A exoept that the satellite building be placed cedrindthe southeast earner of the property. Seconded by Burmeister. Re: Planning Consultant The planning commission would like to have the oounotl get estimates 'rom t least three firma ooneornint costs fraa(1)pp)anyupdate, (2) esd set eview, (3) ordinance update, and (4) goals forth in the summary presented by Midwest Planning at our last meeting.: Ve'vwould also like to knout charges per hour for a oonsultant on an "on call" basis.
