The regular mooting of the ;.founds View Planninz. 0oaaisnio;t was celled to
ordor by chairman Stole at 7:50 P.M. Members present: Stole, l'alok,
BurE,graff, Sholquist, Burmeister, Gustafson, lluuke, and ilanoltord.
Dennis Zyl1u informed us that he had contacted three firms regarding a
proposed .Tannin, Consultant, iai.dwcst Planning,,, Northwest Planning, and
A E I Design, and that today. (10- 24 -73) he had asked l,:idwest Planning to
draw up a proposal for a Comprehensive Plan and asking them to present a
maximim cost figure.
Ur. Zylla suggested that e. consultant, if hired, be retained on an "as
needed" basis.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and corrected as followa.

e not reached). Minutes Approved as corrected.
Bill Ides for Proare,cnod Land, Inc., presented the preliminary .plat and
,•;rode plans for thier subdivision in the Northwest intersection at I -35W
and highway 10.
He stated that the Rice Creek Watershed District had riven preliminary
concept approval to the plat. (lettor dated 10 -19 -73 in i'rogrammed Land,
Imo., folder)

Prograrinou Land, 'Ito., lst'..ddition, es presented. Seconded by Sholquiat.

A.Ir. Pabst' appeared regarding the variance request on the Lozitza property
at .:800 LaPort Drive.
FOTION by Burmeister that since the attourhe,, hes defined the addition -as
aTa Tvoway, the Planning Commission reaffirlm its Opositi,�n,of September 26
and DENY the variafee. Seconded 1;4
It is noted that lir. Korzitza did not appear and has mode no,attempt,to
contact Ur. Pabst in the past month.
