Members present: Stole, Glazer, Gustafson, Burmeister, Feick, Durggraff, 3helquist, Haake, and Blanchard. W. Skiha was also present. The minutes of th e previous meeting were road and approved. Robert ti'Wcste, 2345 County Read H -2, requested a speoial use permit to grade property east of the Launohina. Pad Supper Club for additional park- ing and a snow storage area. It ws thataifyhe wishesttotcontinuetgrading covering over that h sand, uggested a grade plan and reapply for a permit. MOTION by Glazer to recommend that a special use permit be held in abayanoe until a grade plan is presented. Seoonded by Haake. Carried. *LOTION by Hooke that ground oover (mulch) be planed on the area to hold Bing sand within one weak. Seoonded by Glazer. Carried. Liquor Store Expansion MOTION by Gustafson to recommend approval of the Waste application to convert his store from a grocery/liquor 4Yflbusinee0s esponsiall al lishment with the stipulation that Mr. future traffio flow problems developing from the expansion. Seoonded by 'Feick. Carried. Gerald Foss requested subdivision of the Rodney Erickson property at 8418 Spring Lake Road into three (3) lots. (Sub 89 except S 30' Of E 300) MOTION by Slotgsie that width, and d therefore footage in lot size, one lot the application be DENIED unless the lot width is made 85'. Seoonded by Burmeister. Carrie Pt Planting, who pre'sentedntheir to newcompr eat comprehensive planfog, plan for the Village of Mounds View. Theodore Holston, 3213 Townview Avenue, wishes to subdivide Lot 16,, Woodlawn Terrace, into two (2) lots 133.5x125' eaoh. MOTION by Gustafson to recommend approval of the lot split on the describe e property with the granting of a 30' street easement. Seconded by Durggraff. Carried.' Duane Olson presented a preliminary sketch for development of Lot 8 and '‘the E of Lot 9, Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition.
