.o regular meeting of the Mounds View Planning Commission was palled to
rder by Chairman Stole at 7:35 P.M. Members present: Stole, Burmeister
Glazer, Hake, Gustafson, l'alok, and Blanchard. D. 2ylla was also present.
Minut's of the November meeting were approved as read.
Lee Li1jenfrren, for Smith Terminal Corp., requested a speoial use permit
to build a trucking termihal in the Grounds View Industrial Park, aorose
from Century 'rotor Freight. (Present owner. of land, dilliam Biem, 6760
Franco Ave. S, Gtpls.

MOTION by Burmeister to recommend approval of the preliminary plan.
Seconded by i alok, Carried.
Gerald Foss re ppeared for subdivision of the Rodney Erickson property at
8418 Spring Lake Road, and said that Mr. Erickson will make the questioned
lot 85 feet wide to conform with the code.
OTION by Gustafson to recommend approval of the subdivision of the Rodney
tY arson property. Seconded by Haake. Carried.
Howard'Nys,trom representing Dailey Homes requested more information about
Lot 8 and the Ei of Lot 9, Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition.
The Planning Commission wishes to consult with the professional Planner
regarding how this zoning fits into the new pomprehensive plan before any
action is taken.
Harstad- Townhouses
VOTION by Haake to recommend approval of the Harstad townhouse site plan
date 'November 12, 1973. Seconded by Blanohard. Carried.
The Planning Commission wishes at this time to ooimcend Mr. Stole and Mr.
Gustafson for their years' of dedication and service to the commission and
the village and to wish them well in the future'
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
