Burggrsff, Mackeben. Also present Wally Skiba and Roger
Baumgartner.
Minutes: The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Chairman Haake requested approval of the following notations
which are to be inserted in the Maroh 27th, 1974 minutes:
On Friday, Maroh 8th, members of this Commission were called
regarding i request by Donovan D. Wendt for a lot split of his
property located at 7 Spring Lake Rd. All nice Commissioners
were palled asking for their recommendation regarding the estab-
lishment of a let 90' X 195.3' and road easement of 4o' X
195.3' oa the west end of Mr. Wendt's property. Results:
6 ayes; 2 nayes; 1 abstention. The City Hall was informed of
the results on Monday, Maroh 11, 1974.
Be it entered in the minutes that this oomn4e01ca met informally
on Maroh 13th, 1974 with representatives from our planning
consultants, Midwest Planning, for the purpose of disousrlig the
existing Land Use Plan for the City of Mounds View; and on
Maroh 20th, 1974 with representatives from Midwest Planning,
the City Council, Busia.JSmen's Association of Mounds View,
League of Women Voters of Mounds View, Mounds View Hunan Rights
Commission and the Clerk /Administrator and the Park and Recreat-
ion Director for the purpose of discussing the future Goals and
Policies for the City of Mounds View.
Business: Minor Subdivision; Mr. Dory Easmierosak
Division of 2 lots, 81' x 239' and 81' x 234'
Mr.,Kasmierosak was aware of the request or 30' easement for the
future Sunnyside Rd.
MSP (Blanchard /Foss) to recommend the lot split with the 30'
easront for the future Sunnyside Rd,

Minor Subdivision; Mr. Jerry Dirks, 8434 Red Oak Dr.
Mr. Dirks was aware of ths.30,' easement required fur the future
Fairchild Rd. The lots north end south of the proposed sub
division are 264 in length, if the proposed lot split is
divided at the point Mr. Dirks has asked for, this would be in
line with the other lots in the block.

On kriday, March 0th, members of this Commission were called regarding a request by
Donovan D. Wendt for a lot split of his property located at 7474 Miring Lake Road.
All nine Commissioners were called asking for their recommendation regarding the estab-
lishment of a lot, 90' x 195.3 and a road easement of 40' x 193.3 on the west
end of Mr. Wendt's property. Results: 6 ayes; 2 naycs; 1 abstantion. The City Hall
was informed of the results on Monday, March 11, 1974.

with representatives from our planning consultants, Midwest Planning,for the purpose
of discussing the existing Land Use Plan for the City of Mounds View; and on March 20, 1974
