00 Wled to order: 7t45 by Chairmen Haake
Present:
Blanchard, Glaser, Shelquist, Foss, Baake, Burmeister, Houle,
Burggraft, Mackeb.n.
Minutest The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Business: Smith Transfer, Revised site plan.
Chairman Hanks indicated that Sn`.. Transfer had called to advise
her that they would got be in with the new revision of their
plan because there is the possibility they may change plans again.

The party mentioned above did sot appear before the commission.
Minor Subdivision; Patricia Othoudt.
The lot in question will be substandard sad as will all the lots
in the area along Co. Road H2, east of highway #10, if they are
split, and the easement for a future read will have to be taken
off the beak or stew lot. Are we creating an opportunity for all
these lets to be split by granting this request, and there by
all the lots along the area eould not be Amsted a split if it
was requested. There is also the chases that a developer could
cons in sad open up the whole back are,.

intent of the Planning Oemmission that the north let of
2.191 Co. Rd. H2 be annexed to the lot at 5337 Quincy to bring
the latter lot size up to standards for the posit lity et this
-let being a corner lot in the future.

Mr. Haugen will be building an attached garage up to 3.4 of the
lot line.
MSP S olquist /Maokeben to approve the variance based on the
distance between lot line and house adjacent to the north and
relying on the owners statement, that they are also intending
to build a garage at the rear of their hone.
