Motion by Nancy Buxmeister secunded by Barbara Heake to approve
the c.inutes of February 26, 1975 as corrected.

Motion by Nancy Burmsister/Paul Pedor to rocommend approval to
Council of Aroposad Launching Pad Bowling Canter subject to
public hearing for rezoning and the foliuwing conditions.

Burmaister was concerned ahout parking plans and e~rosLand plans
were not t:hangad from £irst meeting.
Bob Glazer was concerned abcut parking and a~ras end on H2 and affect
on residential are¢ abutting parking lot.
