Tha Mounds Viaw P1annSng Commission was called to ordar at
City Hall by its chairperson, Harbara Haake, at 8:00 p.m. on
Wadnesday, August 13, 1975, for the purpose of conducting a
public hearing for the new comprehensive plan for Lhe City.
Tha following members were present: Phyllis Blanchard, Nancy
Surmeister, Paul Fedor, Robert Glazer, Barbara 1{aake, Michael
Lonorgan, Robert Rossman. Don Mackeben end Gerald Foss. klso
prese~zt: Councilman Hodges, Mayux Johnson, Representative Neiser.,
Administrator Achen, and B. Sanness and D. I,icht £x•om Midwest
Planners.

# Chairman Haake presenced a review of the procoss of croating a
; comprahensive plxu and updating such n pisn. Also reviewad were
the goals and po2icies of a comprehensive plan and an assessment
of what is pi•e sently existing in land uso in ltiounds View.
