The Mounde Viaw Planning Comniesion was ualled to order at the City
Hall by ite ahair-person Harbara Haake at 7~30 pm, on Wednesday,
Maroh 10~ 1976. The following membere ware pzeaent: Nancy Hurmeiater,
Robert Roneman, Gerald Foes, Phyllis Blanchard, Allan 2epper,
Harbara Haake, Don Mackeben and R~bert Glazer. Absent was: Paul Fedor.
The minulea wera amended as followa: On page 2, paragraph 7, after
tha word "struck", delete the period and add the worda: "of the City's
propoaed Agreement f.or Prafeesional Planning Ssrvices, in Article 5,
Paragraph B".

Ms. Haake stated that it would atay residential according to the
nc~w Comprc~heneive Plun.
Dor. Mackeben eaid thati there was a possibility of another church or
school coming in but it will remain R-1 withouc any quaetion.

Ren Sjodin, the realtor for the developer, arrived. Ms. Haake
explained to him that there is no problem with the subdivipton. How-
ever,~until the houae and garaga are rc~movra t;here would bo no building
permik iseuad. The owner etated that he would like to live
in the houea ae long ae posaible. What is ycur intent?
Mr. 9~odin replied that thty intendod to build on one of tho lota
that doea not have the house u±;3 garage, and aince the ownEr is
movinq anyway they thoaght they would let him take his time.
Me. Haake asked him whera he was go3nq to get the fill?
Mr. 6jadin eaid that it would not come fzom the other lota but would
probably be brouqht in. Thero ian't that much that is needed.
Ma. Haake atated £urthor that he would need to have a goada plan

could ba done anyway.
Mr. Sjodin atated that Ramsey County has already approved it contingent
upon the City of Mounds 'View.
Ma. Haake state~. Ehat they had recelved a letter from Rameey County
and thera was no preliminary approval from anyone.
Mr. Foea safd that he,felt that the Commisa'_on was making a big iaeue
of this. They ara juat trying to improve the area. Except for
Lots 2 6 3, why nct gire them the OR to go on Lota 4& 5 1L• they tear

Mr. Sjodin said that they could do 9.t immediately but it wuuls La a
