order at 7i;5 P.M., Aprll 2, 1980, by Chalrperson
Mountln.

The Planning Cemmission accepted tha amendad 3/19/80
mi~utas.
Applicants request to subdivide a lot measurtng
165' x 231' Into two lots, ona measurin9 77' x 231~,
tlie other measuring 88' x 23~'. Both lots meet the
minimum area requiraments for a single fam(ly devalop-
ment. ihe lots meat tha front footege requlrements
pursusnt to the old and new subdivlsion ord!nance,
section k40.06, Subdivlsion B(9).
~ The exlating bouse on the )ot will meet side yard
setback requfremants of 10'. Tha existing garega wtll
be removed/relocatad (Percel B) prlor to the deed being
approvad 6y the city. The zoning plan danotes the area

approval of the mtnnr subdlvixlon i'or Sheryl and Jerry
Ven Houtan tha two lots (88~ x 231' and 77~ x 231').
This motlon Is grantad with the stipulatlon that the
existing driveway and slab be totelly removed, saconded
by McCerthy. Tha motlon was carried.
