Mr. Miller requeeted clarification by the Planning
Commisaion as to any other questions or :equeste
for inEormation that might be needed to conclude
deliberation. He atated that he ie willing to
comply with the~comprehonsiva plan recommendation
that the parcel be entirely I-1 an3 that he would
bu willing to accek~t a P.U.D. dasignatiun.
Chairman Moutttin advised Mr. Dflller that the City
ie developing a wetlande protectio~ ordinance and
L•hat he should be aware that his property may be
significantly affected.
