WkEREAS the Mounds View Code, 59.07, requires the revfew of the
proyosed eddit;on, Rhase 2, to 2159 Mustang Urive; and
~, WNEREaS, the Mounds W ew Planning Comnission has reW ewed the propused
addition, Phese 2; and
WHENEAS, the Mounds View Planning Cormnission has revtewed the original
su6mtssion which included the additian, Phase 2; and
i WNEREAS, !he orig9nal approvai of the development was under a prevtous
j Zoning Code; and
WHERFAS, the Mounds 'liew Planni~g Commission finds that the proposed
ad~ition, Phase 2, is simllar to the originai proposai and in keepfng w9th the
spirit and tntent of'the Zonfnc~ Code requirements;
~~ NOW, TNERfFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission
racemmends approvai of the stte plan submitted December 15, 1981, in a dzvelopment
j agreement executed to ioclude the fallowing:

; - final plans and specifieations
; - legal description
- Resalution No. 988 requirements
- Resolution No. 983 7-yeaP security
j 2) A security in the amount oF E10,000 for the site improvements,

~ a) Payment of all City expenses within 30 days,
