COUNTY OF RAMSEY S7ATE Of MINNESOTA WIIERI'115, thc Plan has bcen forwally revicwed; and WHf.RE~S, *_he Nounds View P1anM ng Commission reconmends that the City of Sprin9 Lake Fark respond to the following considcrations: 1, That the City of Spring Lake Park include in the Storm Water Drainage Implemenkation Plan corrective actiuns tu pltminate ur reduce periodic~flooding problems that occur between Spring lake Park and Mounds View above Highway 10. 2. That the City of Spring Lake Park consider the existing and pruposed developtnent pattern of Mowds View in the location of Pleasant View Drive and Highway 70 in their considerations for signalization. WHEIlE115, the Mounds Vicw Planning Commissien requests the above two cansiderations because in both cases the areas invoived for Mou~~ds View are substan- Cially dc~veloued while for Spring Lake Park either undeveloped or proposed for re- developnrent; and WHL'H[AS, the Mounds View Planning Conm~ission further recommends that the City of Spriny Lake Park kcep actively invotved in the Anoka County Airport planning process to assure that'iC'stays id coaipliance with the direct.ion of the Plan (i.e., not being expAnded beyond its current capabilities); and WHEREIIS, the Mounds View Pianning Commission finds thaL remalnder uf the P'!an to be in harmnny with the Mounds View Plan Update; NOW, TNEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commjssion recommends approval of the Sprin9 Lake PBrk Comprehensive Plan with the considerations listed and noted in this resolution.
